FounderForge offers a free Launch Planner and paid guided setup sessions, in which we guide you as you make your own filings and accounts (Wyoming LLC filing, IRS EIN, domain, email forwarding, Stripe). We also build a landing page for you. We don't file on your behalf or act as your registered agent.

2. Not legal, tax or financial advice

FounderForge is not a law firm, accounting firm or financial advisor. Templates and guidance are general information.

3. Your responsibilities

You make your own filings and applications, give accurate information, complete identity verification yourself, act as or name the responsible party for tax filings, and comply with the laws that apply to your business. We don't guarantee outcomes, approvals or timelines.

4. Third parties

State agencies, registered agents, registrars, email providers and Stripe have their own terms and fees, which you pay directly. We aren't affiliated with them and don't hold your funds.
